To resolve NPA issues, there are two (2) avenues open to the firm

in question: 1) Through selling out the fixed assets

                     2) Availing private credit (finance) and/or availing both options 1) & 2)

And one moot question, here, is whether the firm has filed a case in D.R.T (Debt Recovery Tribunal) or High Court or both.

Latest position regarding the above should be shared with us.

And lastly, whether the bank has been approached for any OTS (One Time Settlement) or not. If yes, present state of the same.
